Bandala

Distance from Jandichontra approximately 10 km.

Bandala is situated on the eastern borders of the main valley and is only 4-5 km in the east of the principal town of Samahni. This area is also known as a home of highly educated people. The majority of them have secured high profile jobs in different walks of life including education, armed forces and public sector.

The famous Baghsar fort is built at a nearby peak thus overlooks the area. Another historic landmark sarai Sada abad is in the westerly direction of Bandala.

Over the years Bandala has suffered a great deal because of its closeness from the line of control. However life has once again turned to normality due to receded tensions on the borders.

North - Seri and Indian control mountain “reach pahari”
South - Baghsar hills
